Needs counseling- The Oxxford Counselor discusses with the relocating employee/ family on their particular needs for their relocation, regardless of whether the company is paying for the benefit or not.
Expense Management- Oxxford’s counselor works with the employee to review the process of submitting for reimbursement of expenses for benefits outlined in the mobility policy.
