Lump Sum Services

  • Needs counseling – The Oxxford Counselor discusses with the relocating employee/ family on their particular needs for their relocation, regardless of whether the company is paying for the benefit or not. Service options are discussed to makes best use of lump sum dollars
  • Budget management – The Oxxford Counselor helps the relocating employee manage the lump sum dollars. Estimates are established to insure that “must have” services, such as household goods shipment and final move costs are considered, then other move costs such as temporary living and home finding trips are covered. Taxes are also explained and considered in the budget process.
  • Simplified administration – Oxxford can manage little or most of the administration of the Lump Sum payment, including managing the lump sum, paying expenses/ suppliers, reporting as to taxable/non-taxable expenses to the client, etc.
